Designing secure, seamless access to Yoti’s Hub
CONTEXT
To provide secure and seamless access to the Hub, we introduced multiple login options to meet different client needs:
- Enterprise SSO For key clients like Amazon Games, employees can log in using their proprietary IDP, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
- Social Login Clients can log in with familiar platforms, such as Google, simplifying access and improving usability.
- Unified SSO for Hub and Portal clients with the right permissions can access both platforms through a single login, reducing friction for frequent users.
problem
Clients increasingly need secure, seamless, and compliant access to the Hub. To meet these requirements, we introduced Social Login options and request-based SSO methods, simplifying login, improving user experience, and aligning with client-specific policies.
For example, Amazon Games, a key client required all third-party product access to integrate with their proprietary SSO.
